Liz Villamil is the Executive Director for the Capital United Premier Program. A former Penn State University standout Villamil brings to the program, an impressive resume of coaching and playing experience. Villamil holds both the National and Advanced National Coaching Licenses from the National Soccer Coaches Association of America and has taken several teams to the New York State and Region I Championships. She coached the U-16 US Youth Soccer Presidents Cup National Championship team, the U16 Northeast Regional Championship team, and several State Cup Championship and Finalist teams.

Villamil also coached the Mechanicville High School Girls Varsity, a two-time State Finalist, resulting in her being named Section 2 Coach of the Year twice. Villamil also trained the U-13 Eastern New York Olympic Development Program (ODP) Girls team and was the CDYSL ODP Elite U-14 Girls head coach for a number of years.
