The Capital United Blue Streaks won the 39th annual SAC Columbia Invitational tournament after a convincing 3-0 victory in the championship game over Rage SC '99 Athletica (Pennsylvania).  Competing in the U14 Premier division, the Blue Streaks competed against strong teams from New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Maryland.  The Blue Streaks came out on top in each of its games, outscoring the competition 14-5.
